The scope of work for this project included interior tenant improvements of approximately 5,430 sf on the fifth floor and approximately 171 sf on the third floor (consisting only of an IT room build-out) of six floors total. The building improvements encompassed demolition, new walls, doors, relites, cabinetry, and finishes.
